Varsity Alley – Downtown Chapel Hill

Objective: Varsity Alley is located in the heart of downtown Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The town had problems with graffiti, which was all over the natural brick surfaces that surround the alley. They wanted something to cover the graffiti, but also give it a natural brick look and bring back that natural charm.

Solution: During the prep phase of the project, we covered storm drains, pressure washed, scraped all loose paint, sanded and primed. In the final phase of the project, we coated it with Sherwin Williams Canyon Clay SW-6054 to restore that classic look!
