Introducing Our Home Maintenance Program

CertaPro Painters® of Carrollwood and Tampa is proud to offer an exclusive home maintenance program. When a customer signs up for our home maintenance program, they have the choice to subscribe to a one-year or two-year program. The one-year program entitles the homeowner to two pressure washings six months apart. The two-year program gives the homeowner four pressure washings six months apart.

Power washing is an important step in preparing for an exterior painting project as it ensures the cleanest surface when applying house paint. Over time, the exterior of your homes gets covered in pollen, mold, and mildew. Power washing regularly extends the life of your home’s exterior paint and makes it look brand new.
