The first phone call I made to book an appointment with Certapro and the first contact with Liam for the estimate were very professional. Liam is open, honest and very friendly and suggested ideas/colours; as per my request he gave us 3 different quotes promptly and without any hesitation. When I finalized my decision, Liam promptly scheduled the job and updated me. Nathan and Tyler who completed the job were also very friendly, courteous. Nathan updated me at the end of each day as to where things were. Nathan and Tyler treated our home just like their own and did a fantastic job. I was first visited by James who took time to explain to me how the estimate is done to paint a two story stairwell. The painters themselves Wayne and Dave were very organized and did the work in a very efficient manner. The finished work looked great. They were very tidy and left the site very clean. I am happy.
