Commercial Painting Project
Chartwell Retirement Home in Calgary was seeking professional painters to assist with painting the exterior of their facility. The project included painting the entire eight-story building exterior as well as balconies, loading bay ceilings and doors. The project posed some unique challenges, including rental of a 125 ft lift and Swing Stage Scaffolding as well as traffic control permits and pedestrian control items.
Working with CertaPro painters was a great experience. They observed the utmost safety practice and policy procedure. We had a daily coordination from time to time with their personnel. They listened to suggestions and recommendations for the well being of this project. There was never an issue with the Company's Representative and Contractor relation. CONDITIONS:
Chartwell is a retirement home located in the Calgary downtown neighborhood of Eau Claire. (Street Address: 301 7 Street SW, Calgary, AB T2B 1Y6)
CHALLENGES:
Project required rental of a 125 ft lift and Swing Stage Scaffolding as well as traffic control permits and pedestrian control items.

No Building Is Too Tall
We rented a 125 ft lift especially for this project to help us get to the top of this very tall building. We don't let height stand in our way of delivering exceptional painting results.
Beautiful Architecture
We love this building because of the architecture, even if it was a bit difficult to paint at times. It's a good thing our professional painters are so good at what they do.
Swing Stage Scaffolding
The 125 ft lift couldn't do it all. For some areas, we had to depend on our Swing Stage Scaffolding. Not only does it allow more painters to paint the side of high buildings, but it helps them reach areas unreachable with other equipment.
I would work with the company again as they were able to finish the project on time and the quality of work is above expectations.
