Exterior & Interior Refresh at Stunning Boulder, CO Home

Our painting team was recently called out to refresh the interior and exterior of this local home in conjunction with a remodeling general contractor. Many of the design details of the home did not match the taste of the homeowner, so our painters quickly got to work. This home greatly benefited from multiple interior and exterior painting services. We worked on this home starting in the summer of 2020, and this project took four months total to complete. CONDITIONS:

As you can see, when we arrived to the home we found a premium finished residence in the foothills. However, all of the interior doors, trim, windows and beams were stained wood that was too dark and rustic in color for the homeowner’s taste and preference. Our painting contractors converted most of those stained wood surfaces to paint.

For the exterior of the home, she had older, faded metal windows, metal doors and metal beams/trim. All of these were a light green that did not blend well with the rest of the home or the surrounding atmosphere. We used a high grade two-component, industrial grade coating on the exterior metal surfaces in a gloss finish that completely transformed the home. The homeowner was thrilled with the results of her professional painting service.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

Over the course of this project we painted the full interior and the metal surfaces on exterior. Scaffolding was utilized for reaching full 20’+ window wall.
