Multi-Building HOA Community Painting Project in Boulder, Colorado
This multi-building HOA community houses 16 buildings of over 90 units across a full HOA community. Located in Thornton, Colorado. Our CertaPro Painters of Boulder and Longmont were tasked to complete this project in phases, over a two year-period. It would need regular repainting maintenance every 7 to 10 years. The property had color fading, some peeling and flaking paint and areas of bare exposed wood and siding. The team is experienced with HOA housing projects and have the tools, equipment and crew to handle the proper turnaround time.
This was for a rental property and not only was I satisfied but the tenant was absolutely blown away with the excellent quality of the work they got using CertaPro Painters of Boulder and Longmont.

CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGES:Due to the multiple team members involved from all parties, coordinating and communicating with over 90 tenants and residents to paint the front doors and garage doors was a bit challenging. However, we managed to paint while the property remained opened and accessible to the public.
We had the assistance of many CertaPro Painters of Boulder and Longmont team members to complete this large job with as little disruption to the neighborhood as possible, while remaining on budget and ahead of schedule.

Duration: Summer 2016 & Summer 2017
Due to HOA budget constraints, we completed the project in phases over a two-year period. The project took a total of 7 weeks to complete.
BEFORE PHOTOS
Before the project began we did an assessment of the building. A number of issues were found including color fading, peeling and flaking paint, in addition to areas of bare exposed wood and siding.
THE FINAL RESULTS
After completion we walked around the building and took photos of each area of concern that were noted at the beginning of the project. CertaPro fully managed communication and coordination with individual residents regarding front door painting and access. A high quality project was delivered with daily clean-up completed.
