Boulder Office Interior 38th St
The Boulder Office is a large Class A, multi-tenant office building considered the “heart of Boulder”. It is a very nice and luxury office building, but the prior paint job was old and the last paint date was unknown. The paint on the building was worn and even fading/discoloring so did not match the quality and finish level of the rest of the building. When our Certapro team arrived, we did a full assessment of the entire building. CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGES:Due to the height of the office building, a tall scaffolding was required to reach the third level high open ceiling.
Due to the delicate tile, extra precautions and care was required.
Our Certapro team worked weekends when using industrial grade two-component product on metal railings/staircase.
CONDITIONS:
- Paint was worn and even fading/discoloring.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Multiple drywall repairs
- Painting all common area walls ceilings, door, railings and metal staircase
PROJECT TIMELINE
Started: February 2020
Duration: 2 weeks, worked 7 days a week to accommodate schedule of owners and tenants.
THE FINAL RESULTS
After completion we walked around the building and took photos of each area of concern that were noted at the begging of the project. The once failing surfaces look brand new again.
Weekend and Off Hours Work
Our team worked with the managers to create a schedule of weekend and off hours work to avoid disruption to the tenant.
On Time
With proper planning and communication with the owner, our team completed this project on budget and ahead of schedule.
