Our team recently renovated multiple Brakes Plus locations across the Denver Metro and Northern Colorado. We completed both interior and exterior painting, metal work and drywall work. This multi-location commercial painting project involved interior and exterior work at 10+ Brakes Plus automotive service centers throughout the Denver metro area and Northern Colorado over a five-month period from June through October 2025.
All locations remained open and operational during the painting process, requiring careful coordination to maintain customer access and business operations. The scope varied by location and included exterior stucco painting, metal surface coating, overhead bay door refinishing, interior drywall repair and painting, and trim work throughout customer waiting areas, offices, and service bays. Working across multiple cities—from Denver and Arvada to Thornton, Brighton, Greeley, and surrounding communities—required scheduling coordination, equipment transport between sites, and adaptability to different building conditions and surface types at each automotive facility.
