The Halcyon Hotel Interior Update
In the winter of 2024, our team completed an extensive commercial project in the heart of Denver, Colorado.
Over the course of two months, we transformed both the interior and exterior spaces of a high-traffic hospitality venue, including its 3,500 square foot ballroom, adjacent pre-function area, and the rooftop pool and bar area.

PROJECT PREP:
The interior portion of the project began with the removal of wall vinyl from the ballroom and pre-function spaces. This involved stripping away adhesive residue and backing materials before applying a Level 5 finish—the highest standard of drywall finish—for a smooth and polished surface ready for premium paint application.
The process required precise prep work and attention to detail to ensure a flawless result suitable for such a prominent and elegant setting.
SCOPE OF THE WORK:
In addition to the interior refresh, we addressed exterior maintenance by repainting large metal structures surrounding the rooftop pool and bar areas. These features were not only functional but highly visible, so fresh coatings were essential to protect the metal surfaces from the elements while enhancing their visual appeal.
The scope of work also included carpentry repairs and meticulous coordination across different areas of the property to minimize disruption and deliver a cohesive final product.
Though no specialty equipment was required, the size of the ballroom and complexity of the rooftop elements posed logistical challenges that our team navigated with expertise and efficiency.
