Our painters recently renovated the exterior of a beautiful condominium complex in the Boulder community. We completed a color change service, as well as painted the clubhouse, carports, and trash enclosures. This large exterior painting project took us 1 month to complete. About the Project:
The Facility:
We painted: 2133 Krisron Bld C, D, E, Clubhouse + carports + trash enclosures
Condition:
We did a color change on one of the buildings. The paint was oxidized and had a lot of UV damage. There was peeling. There were hard to access places that we need the boom lift for. We had challenging metal substrates that required grinding as well as rust conversion spot primer and industrial coating primer and a top coat.
