Our team recently renovated the interior of a beautiful home in the Boulder community. The home was in need of a new color scheme to modernize its interior. About the Project:
Condition of the home:
This home was a rental property for a significant amount of time; now, the owners are moving back into the home to enjoy for themselves. Walls throughout the home were mostly aged, warm neutrals. The cabinets and island in the kitchen were originally stained hardwood. The water heater happened to explode days prior to the start date, requiring extensive fans and remediation in the basement which included the removal of carpeting.
Our crew elevated and modernized the look of the home with thoughtfully coordinated color scheme and two-toned cabinetry to match the existing backsplash.
What did the project involve:
Our specialized stain to paint process, as well as painting of walls, ceiling, trim, handrails, and doors throughout the home.
Special Challenges:
This isn’t a challenge but we would like to mention that the kitchen cabinets and railings in the stairwells are a light and dark two-toned combination that required clean lines and a high level of attention to detail.
