Noe comes from a small town on the Oregon/Idaho border called Nyssa. Although he considers himself an Idahoan at heart living here for most of his life. Noe is an outdoor enthusiast. If he is not in the office you can catch him fishing the Owyhee River, Boise River, or Swan Falls. He loves spending time with his family and cherishes the time he has with his wife and daughter. Noe is happy to be serving the Treasure Valley and neighboring communities with a fresh coat of paint.
