The Transformation
The comprehensive scope of work involved several key tasks aimed at giving the IT Suite a fresh and contemporary look:
- Removal of Existing Vinyl Base: The first step towards the transformation was removing the existing vinyl base, laying the groundwork for a clean and modern foundation.
- Minor Prep and Patching of Gypsum Board Walls: To ensure a seamless finish, our team undertook minor prep and patching of the gypsum board walls, addressing any imperfections and creating a smooth surface.
- Painting of Gypsum Board and CMU Walls: The heart of the project was painting previously painted gypsum board and Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) walls. This step enhanced the aesthetics and contributed to a durable and easy-to-maintain surface.
- Painting of HM Door and Window Frames: Attention to detail was paramount. Our team meticulously painted the previously painted Hollow Metal (HM) door and window frames, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall design.
- Revised Color Scheme with Accent Walls: A strategic update to the color scheme, incorporating accent walls, brought a sense of freshness and modernity to the IT Suite, aligning it with contemporary design trends.
- Promar 200 – Eggshell – SW7619 Labradorite – Accent Walls.
- Promar 200 – Eggshell – SW6253 Olympus White – Walls.
- Pro Industrial Water Based Alkyd – Semi-gloss – SW7674 Peppercorn – Doors, Door Frames, and Window Trim.
