Commercial Project Highlight

In this case study, we recap a commercial painting project that occurred in January 2022 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South in Taunton, MA. We detail the experience of this interior painting project.

Describe the condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began.

Minimal failing paint. The paint was mostly faded.

What did the project involve?

Painting, minor concrete repair, and caulking.

How long did the project take, from start to finish?

The project occurred in January 2022, and we completed the project in 5 days.

Were there any special challenges involved?

Off-hours work. All equipment needed to be cleared out daily so the gym could be used on the next shift.

Did the project require any special equipment or techniques?

We used two 30’ scissor lifts and airless spraying equipment. The entire gym was taped off to separate two-toned colors.
