Describe the condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began.
The building was being renovated. It was in fair condition. We had to power wash and prep the building, which included scraping and repairs to the substrate, followed by prime and two finish coats.
What did the project involve?
This was basically a color change and re-branding of the franchise.
How long did the project take, start to finish?
The project occurred in July of 2020, and we completed the project in 4 days.
Were there any special challenges involved?
We had to work around several other trades and had a one week window to complete the project. It was difficult to streamline the operation as there was so much going on with the other trades.
Did the project require any special equipment or techniques?
We did the projects off of portable staging and ladders. The paint was applied with airless sprayers and the trim was brush painted.
