Join CertaPro Painters of Atlanta-Decatur in Making a Difference Through Literacy Programs

Jeremy and Jennifer Rhett of CertaPro Painters of Atlanta-Decatur are the creators behind REAP—Reading is Essential for All People- a non-profit that provides literacy training to public schools and teachers across the Atlanta Metro. The non-profit was founded in 2013 and has trained over 1,975 teachers so far. They were recently featured in City Lifestyle for their upcoming benefit show at Avon Theatre.
The non-profit is independently operated, but has direct support from CertaPro. They provide both meeting and rehearsal space for outreach and events related to REAP. This August at the Avon Theater there will be a concert dedicated to raising funds for the non-profit. Jeremy’s local band The Tiger Kings will pair up with another local musical group Maxwell Street to host a benefit concert. All proceeds will go directly to REAP.
