To showcase their expertise, the team implemented a bold new color scheme with a striking graphic treatment on the front art deco block.

Project Details
CertaPro Painters® of Atlanta/Decatur took on the challenge of giving their headquarters a long-overdue facelift. The team applied a new color scheme, incorporating a graphic treatment to highlight the building’s unique art deco architecture.
To ensure durability and a flawless finish, they used:
- Sherwin-Williams Duration Paints for windows and doors.
- Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial Enamel for the metal stair system and rooftop coping.
- Satin Finish Paint to refresh the brick façade.
- Prime Rx Specialty Primer to stabilize failing mortar joints, avoiding costly brick repointing.
- H&C Concrete Stains in three colors for the art deco block.
- H&C Colortop Solid Concrete Sealer for the front sidewalk.
A combination of hand painting, brush and roller techniques, paint sprayers, and back rolling ensured a precise and lasting application.

- Aging mortar joints: The use of Prime Rx Specialty Primer prevented the need for expensive brick repointing.
