We are looking for a detailed oriented “Production Associate ” with outstanding customer service skills to oversee field projects.

What we're looking for

Provide exceptional service to all customers and ensure expectations are met and best executed.
Schedule and manage multiple painting crews and projects while providing daily updates to the customer and the team.
Interact and communicate with customers, crews and CertaPro team daily to ensure painting needs are met on time and within budget.
Identify problems and quickly work with crews, customers and CertaPro team to resolve any issues.
Kick-off, supervise and close residential projects with daily job site visits.
Document all change orders and communicate changes to crew, CertaPro team and customer.
Develop a recruiting, development, and retention program for painting crews.
Build a performance culture among the team with continuous support and training.
Properly onboard and train crews on the CertaPro Certainty System to ensure production success.
Responsible for conducting ongoing training and inspections related to safety, as well as conducting safety meetings.
Participate in weekly production meetings with CertaPro leadership.

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • 2-year experience in customer service
  • Current drivers license and clean driving record required
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor
  • Strong written/verbal skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills for estimating.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and some evenings depending on the project.
