COVID-19 Update For Our Customers, Friends, and Neighbors

To our Customers, Friends, and Neighbors:

As CertaPro Painters of Athens continues to monitor national developments related to COVID-19, our thoughts go out to everyone affected by this virus. Our associates, vendors, families, and you, our valued customers, are navigating through trying times. The situation is changing rapidly, so we have made the decision to help slow the spread of the virus and protect both our customers and our employees, by adding additional procedures and safety protocols to all our jobs.

We will continue to offer our same great service, with our commitment to certainty, with the following new safety protocols in place:

 All workers will wash their hands frequently with soap and water for twenty seconds. When soap and
water are not available, they will use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
 We will maintain a safe distance of six feet, from other people while working at your property.
 While we generally believe our handshake is our bond, during these times we will abstain from
handshakes, and other physical contact.
 We will always cover any cough or sneeze with a tissue or our elbow.
 Any worker not feeling well will seek medical attention.
 No worker will be permitted to work if they are showing signs, symptoms, or tested positive for COVID19.
 When necessary, we are able to provide virtual estimates.
 We are able to work in areas of your home where you are not located, helping to maintain a six-foot
distance at all times.
 We are happy to provide inspections of all work completed during this time, after the virus crisis has
passed at no additional cost to you.

We remain dedicated to helping our customers or associates with any concerns. We have established a team to stay abreast of the latest information issued by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and while we cannot answer all questions, we know that in times of uncertainty, we are stronger together.
