Hyder Construction is a General Contractor company in Denver specializing in resorts, multifamily, corporate new build and tenant finish, civic/municipal and healthcare. CertaPro Painters® of Arvada was called upon to assist through multiple phases on the exterior of this project. Our crews came in to paint fascia, address soffits and complete trim accents.
Our CertaPro team has all the necessary and licensed equipment needed to complete large commercial projects at scale. Our crews are trained in the safety and use of hydraulic lifts, scaffolding and large ladders.
The owners are very customer-focused. The painting crew was thorough, prepped and painted well and did an overall wonderful job. I would highly recommend them.

CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGES:This building has quite a large and intricate footprint. As with any large scale commercial painting projects, a swing stage was required. Our team secured and brought in a 160-foot boom lift to get above ground level construction. We carefully coordinated with the general contractor and other subcontractors to gain access to the building during construction.
CONDITIONS:
The building featured outdated paint. It was all white and showing many signs of wear and tear. The CertaPro Arvada team assisted in giving it a fresh and modern facelift. This allows the building to fit in stylishly with the ever-evolving Downtown Denver scene.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Full exterior repaint.
- Power wash, preparation, and paint.
- Painting to soffits, fascia, and exterior column type features.

BEFORE PHOTOS
Downtown Denver is a thriving and stylish area to be surrounded by. The building was sorely in need of updating from the outdated white coating. We were happy to provide a facelift, allowing the facade to fit into the modern scene.
IN PROGRESS
The team brought in some large machinery to allow the painters to safely reach and work on high areas. A swing stage allowed painters to accurately address finishes and painting needs.
THE FINAL RESULTS
This building is the pride of downtown Denver. Now it fits in with the modern architecture surrounding it. It looks brand new with a new coating of paint to protect the structure and update the look.
