Our painters were recently contacted to complete an exterior painting service at a home in the Ann Arbor community. The home was very tall and required the use of a large boom lift. About the Project
Condition of Home:
This was a new addition to existing home on a greatly sloping, heavily wooded lot.
Project Involvement:
Painting the exterior of new addition space to match existing home.
Special Challenges:
The sloped and wooded terrain combined with the height of the structure was challenging – we had to be careful to not disturb both the new and existing landscaping as much as possible as well as find secure, flat ground for safe lift operation.
Special Equipment/Techniques:
This required the use of an articulating 85ft boom lift to access all areas and sides of the building.
Project Timeline:
The was a repeat customer for whom we also painted the interior of this new living space prior to the exterior painting. This project took 1 week to complete.
