COMMERCIAL PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

In this case study, we recap a commercial painting project undertaken in August 2023 for the Bank of Albuquerque in Rio Rancho, NM. We detail the highlights from this project below:

Describe the condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began.

The bank’s stucco exterior bore the undeniable signs of years of neglect. Once smooth and uniform, the surface was now marred by a patchwork of cracks, ranging from hairline fissures to more pronounced splits.

What did the project involve?

We applied three colors and completed drywall patching in the soffit areas and stucco patching around the building and both sides of the outer wall.

How long did the project take, start to finish?

The project was completed in 4 days (Friday-Monday).

Were there any special challenges involved?

Our team worked over the weekend to minimize the impact on customer flow through the drive-through and both entrances.
