Describe the condition of the home at the time work began.
\nThe house was a remodel. The interior was completely stripped and built over.
\nEach room was a blank state to customize for the customer. The flooring was also out when we started the painting. In a few of the bedrooms, there were custom built ins that needed extra steps of preparation in order to paint.<\/p>\n

What did the project involve?
\nThis job was an full interior & exterior, including the pool house area. There was some light carpentry needed prior to painting. The product the homeowner selected for the kitchen cabinets initially did not adhere to the cabinets and showed the blemishes on the wood more than the customer had expected. The kitchen cabinets had to be completely redone with a Sherwin Williams stain that included a seal.<\/p>\n
Were there any special challenges involved?
\nThe main obstacle and challenge we found was working around other contractors on the job site. There were a lot of moving parts happening all at once with the house. We also encountered delays on cabinets and the customer chose to push out the job until those arrived.
