Describe the condition of the home at the time work began.
\nAn older home that had rotting wood in areas, door & garage door frames that were chipped and in need of being replaced. The house color had started to chip and show wear and tear.<\/p>\n

What did the project involve?
\nReplacing rotten wood throughout the exterior of the home. Window cills in need of being inspected, removed and replaced. Door frames including the garage door that had water damage and extensive wear and tear that needed to be replaced.<\/p>\n

Were there any special challenges involved?
\nThe job took place right after the Texas Winter storm of 2023 with the ice and freezing temps. We took an extra day in order to compensate for the temperatures changes.<\/p>\n
Did the project require any special equipment or techniques?
\nThe wood replacements did take special carpentry techniques.<\/p>\n
