Villebois Community Center in Wilsonville

CertaPro Painters provides commercial painting & contracting services in Wilsonville for facilities of all kinds. Our experienced local teams deliver top-quality interior and exterior painting services for a variety of settings, from long-term assisted living facilities, to short-term individual and group practices, walk-in clinics, outpatient care facilities, diagnostic facilities and community centers. The center was built in 2013 so was in good condition before painting. Some of the exterior doors had some damage at the bottom so kickplates were installed. The double entrance doors in back and front were originally stained and were very faded from the sun. The community opted to have them painted for a more durable finish. After a thorough power wash, the crew needed to move a large tank away from the building to allow access. There were no needed repairs before painting. The building had one siding color and 2 trim colors.

Expert painting services for Commercial facilities

The Villebois community center was built in 2013 so was in good condition before painting.

The biggest challenge was working around residents use of the pool and facility and July heat.  The crew was still able to finish the job in one week.
