Scope of work: Power wash, prep, and repaint house exterior wood trim, doors, and siding. Included refresh of front door stain.
Color match was made to gutter company swatch for trim and garage doors, as gutters were removed before we painted and reinstalled after the job was finished.
Obstacle: New bat box was installed prior to the job start. The box was empty and we confirmed with homeowners that they hadn’t seen any inhabitants before moving to paint it. We want to respect the wildlife in the area. If there had been any residents of the box, we would have papered and protected the box to ensure no paint was applied.
