Most homeowners associations strive to keep their grounds in great condition. While landscaping is usually the focus, often times fixed structures need to be maintained as well. We recently prepped and painted several of these power boxes for a local HOA. They were all in prominent positions, so it was important to ensure they were professionally refreshed.
