From December 29, 2025 through January 30, 2026, CertaPro Painters® of Surrey/White Rock/Langley/North Delta completed a large-scale epoxy flooring installation for a newly constructed pump station in Surrey, BC. Because the site was an active construction project, our team worked in carefully coordinated segments to avoid delaying other trades. The project required full surface preparation, including mechanical grinding to level the concrete substrate before applying a high-performance two-part epoxy system.
Tight working conditions around installed pump systems and large filtration piping demanded detailed masking, controlled dust management, and precision application. Winter conditions required the use of external heating and ventilation equipment to maintain proper curing temperatures. Despite the logistical challenges, the project was completed on schedule, delivering a durable, chemical-resistant flooring system designed for long-term performance in a demanding utility environment.
