Working as a Strategic Account Sales Coordinator

The Strategic Account Sales Coordinator works in the Business and Commercial Services Team of CertaPro Painters, Ltd., a franchisor. The Sale Coordinator supports the Strategic Account Managers in their daily job duties. This will include working and developing relationships with our Franchisee network as well as targeted Strategic Account customers. The Strategic Account Sales Coordinator reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Fosters & maintains relationship with our Anchor Accounts in communication with Franchisees for preselection of potential jobs. Properly documents in CRM system written acceptance from CertaPro Painters® Franchise owners.
  • Leads pre-qualification for inbound leads from various internal/external sources.
  • Maintains excellent CRM System rigor for entering accurate and timely information pertinent to customers. Identify areas we can enhance usage of internal CRM platform for customer pipeline management & reporting.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
  • Effectively communicates with all internal corporate departments in support of day-to-day customer needs.
  • Supports the Strategic Accounts Team in Trade Shows, Association memberships and Strategic Account Events at Conference.
  • Works closely with Strategic Account Managers to develop customer action plans, market segment analysis, and Franchise alignment.
  • Heads up coordination of regional Commercial Attack Campaigns.

Performance Measures

  • Achieves assigned sales quota.
  • Completes assigned tasks in an effective time frame.
  • Maintains elevated level of organization for all levels of customer and franchisee engagement.
  • Follows proper CRM procedures on Strategic Account customer input and pricing requests.
  • Models activity and behavior in line with company Standards as defined in its Standard Operating Procedures manual.
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

Qualifications

  • Formal experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communication through Email or Phone
  • Enjoys completing multiple tasks on time
  • Experience using a CRM platform
  • Detail oriented
  • Adaptable to change in work priorities

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

  • This position requires up to 25% travel.
  • Must take a Caliper Profile pre-employment assessment test
  • Must pass a background check and credit check.
  • Position covers Eastern Region of the United States
  • Must live within the Eastern Region of the United States.
