Exterior Painting & Light Carpentry Repairs of Home in Tracy, CA
A homeowner on Baldwin Ct in Tracy, CA contacted us to renew and refresh the exterior of their home with a fresh coat of paint.
Their home’s exterior walls hadn’t been painted for over 12 years, leaving them very dry and chipped in some places. The homeowner also had a beautiful attached deck/gazebo structure in the rear of the home which we carefully worked around during prep and painting.
To prep, we pressure washed all the sides and repaired old fascia and wood features around the home’s exterior – caulking where needed as well. Once prepped, we used tall ladders and a paint sprayer to ensure full, even coverage around the home and paid close attention to edges and corners. We also painted their garage, gutters, trim, fascia, and soffits to ensure one cohesive look and color to the owner’s preference. Once the painting was complete, our team ensured that all areas around the house were clean of debris – leaving the homeowners with a home like new!
We finished the project within 4 full days in November 2021. The homeowner was extremely pleased with the results and our ability to finish the job quickly!
