Although it’s just a powder room, this was actually a big job. For the starter, It had two levers of wallpaper, under the wallpaper it had mold. In a corner, they had placed three layers of wallpaper to cover a hole in the wall!! There was another hole behind the light fixture. The light fixture was glued to the wall and it did not have an electrical box, which is a fire hazard.
