Is there anything that can change the cost of a project after a customer receives a quote?
It is uncommon, however, if we find anything of concern when doing the project, we can bring to your attention and will discuss any change orders before doing any additional work.

How much paint do you need to paint a home?
Depends on size, color and number of coats desired.

When is the best time to paint?
Interior – Winter
Exterior- Spring and Fall

How often should people paint their homes?
As needed, usually 10 or so years depending on area and weather exposure.

How long does it take to paint a home?
Usually no more than a week for an average sized home

Are you insured?
Yes, liability and workers compensation.

How many people do you send out for each job?
2-5. Depends on the size of the job

How will my project be managed?
A Job Site Supervisor will be the point of contact on the job site for the project duration

Is there a warranty?
2 years against blistering and peeling

How many paint colors are included in your typical proposal?
2, additional colors desired may increase price.

What type of paint do you use?
Sherwin Williams SuperPaint on exteriors
Sherwin Williams Cashmere on interiors
Can use any paint requested or desired but this is our default

Do you have eco-friendly paint options?
Yes, they are available.

Do you use any materials aside from paint?
Paper, tape, plastic, drywall mud

What colors do you suggest for the exterior?
Lighter colors have better color retention over time especially in high sun exposure areas.

Are there certain color palettes you suggest for interior?
Best to talk to a local Sherwin Williams store representative.

Is there anything the homeowner should do to prep for your crew to arrive?
Interior – Take items off walls, move breakables to safe area, wipe down baseboards and trim
Exterior – Move patio furniture. Have plan for pets for duration of project.
