This home needed all the trim to be painted and the challenge was access to these very high gables. We planned the project so that we would rent a 65-foot boom lift, but only for 1 day to minimize cost to the homeowner. All high areas had to be power washed, prepped and painted on that one summer day. Because of our experience with commercial projects, using a large lift is not a problem for our paint crews.
