The home’s original exterior colors had faded since its 2014 construction. The owner desired vibrant colors, initially leaning towards purple. However, we advised against this to avoid HOA issues. Ultimately, she chose Smoky Blue, a shade with subtle purple undertones in bright light. The entire project, including cleaning, preparation, masking, and painting, was completed in 2.5 days.
