The owner of this property had just signed the closing papers and was struggling to find a local painter who could take on both the exterior and interior of this investment property. The owner quickly wanted to have this home turned into an AirBnB property for the summer of 2023. CertaPro was able to meet with them on-site immediately. We worked on a variety of new colors for both the interior and exterior, with fast email updates. We were able to begin the painting of this project soon after the estimate. Interior and exterior were completed in a span of 5 days and ready at the end of the Memorial Day weekend.
