WHAT LICENSES DO YOU HAVE?<\/strong>
\nWe are licensed contractors in both New York State and Connecticut, and also have specific business licenses in Westchester County, Putnam County, and Fairfield County<\/p>\n

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU SEND OUT FOR EACH JOB?<\/strong>
\nOur crews typically range from 3 painters up to 10 painters.\u00a0 All of our crews have a dedicated working job site supervisor.<\/p>\n

IS THERE A WARRANTY?<\/strong>
\nYes, we have a 2-Year warranty on all of our services.<\/p>\n

WHAT TYPE OF PAINT DO YOU USE?<\/strong>
\nWe have national relationships with both Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams. We are also trained in the application of higher-end paints such as Farrow & Ball and Fine Paints of Europe.<\/p>\n

DO YOU HAVE ECO-FRIENDLY PAINT OPTIONS?<\/strong>
\nYes, please ask if this is important to you and we can provide options for eco-friendly paints and primers.<\/p>\n

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO PAINT MY HOUSE?<\/strong>
\nIt all depends on the size of the home, the amount of prep needed, and many other factors.\u00a0 Please contact us for a free estimate.<\/p>\n

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN CHANGE THE COST AFTER A CUSTOMER RECEIVES A QUOTE?<\/strong>
\nAnything that can change the price will be noted on your proposal, and we do not bill for additional work without an agreed-upon and signed change order.\u00a0 One example might be wood rot discovered during a power wash.\u00a0 Another example would be additional work added by our client.<\/p>\n

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PAINT?<\/strong>
\nExterior projects can only be performed when temperatures are above freezing for at least a 24 hour period around the painting.\u00a0 Our typical painting season is mid-April through early November. It\u2019s always a good time for Interior painting!<\/p>\n

HOW OFTEN SHOULD PEOPLE PAINT THEIR HOMES?<\/strong>
\nIt depends on a number of factors, from personal choice, changing styles, and exposure of the home.<\/p>\n

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PAINT A HOME?<\/strong>
\nIt depends on the size of the home and the amount of prep needed.<\/p>\n

HOW WILL MY PROJECT BE MANAGED?<\/strong>
\nWe have several layers of oversight on any given project, from your account manager to your job site supervisor and our production managers.<\/p>\n

CAN THE PAINTERS WORK ALONE IN MY HOUSE?<\/strong>
\nYes\u2026many of our customers choose to go away during painting.\u00a0 These days we can also provide video updates!<\/p>\n

IS THERE ANYTHING THE HOMEOWNER SHOULD DO TO PREP FOR YOUR CREW TO ARRIVE?<\/strong>
\nYes\u2026for exteriors cut back landscaping, and close all windows and doors securely for the powerwash.\u00a0 For interiors, the rooms need to be clear of clutter and all artwork needs to be off the walls.<\/p>\n

WHAT IS YOUR CLEAN-UP PROCESS?<\/strong>
\nWe clean up as we go, daily at the end of the day, and at the conclusion of the project. Clean-up is very important to us!<\/p>\n

HOW MANY PAINT COLORS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR TYPICAL PROPOSAL?<\/strong>
\nIt really depends on the project.\u00a0 Sometimes it is just one color in several sheens, but we have had 10+ colors on some projects.\u00a0 On average, its typically for interiors that we have one color for the walls, one for ceiling and one for the trim and doors, and perhaps a couple of different colors for walls in different rooms. \u00a0On exteriors, it’s typical for one color on the siding, one on the trim, and an additional color for doors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
