Not too long ago, I was sitting at a Gala and was impressed by two young men. This was a well-attended event, and yet Dave Leveque and Graham Gibson had a table all to themselves. Well that didn’t last for long, for these young trendsetters had obviously read Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi and Tahl Raz. It wasn’t long before others wanted to dine with these creative, strapping young men.<\/p>\n

Graham, in his never-ending pursuit of developing CertaPro Painters Commercial Sales Division, displayed his proficiency in the dark art of relationship building. Dave, who is responsible for developing budding franchisees, demonstrated his ability to create compelling reasons for people to gather around him. Both of these arcane skills are critical in the sales process, and may take a lifetime to master for some. Together these guys embraced the surrounding tables, and embodied both CertaPro’s culture and the event.<\/p>\n

As for me, I was very impressed by their spontaneity and creativity; unfortunately I can’t speak as highly about some of the guests at their table. Not to name names, but some of them had paper-thin personalities. Great job guys, keep up the great work and never eat alone!<\/p>\n
