CertaPro of Sherman Oaks was awarded the job of transforming this dated, but one-of-a-kind, penthouse in Sierra Towers. By repainting the trim, built-ins, walls, and ceiling, this home went from being heavily dated to showing as modern as if it were built this year. The faux-finish woodgrain look was replaced with a clean and modern white that makes the space look larger and more inviting.
