We removed over 50 years of various coating and finishes and restored damaged masonry. We rebuilt parts of the masonry detailing and replaced part of the wood trim. Much of the metal flashing was replaced. Windows were refreshed and some were replaced.

Up to 4 coats of top-of-the-line Sherwin Williams products, such as Emerald Refresh and Loxon XP, were applied to provide not only a firm foundation for the new finishes but a waterproof coating to protect the structure for years to come.
