The commercial painting project was for interior and exterior painting.<\/p>\n<p>CertaPro&#8217;s professionals were asked to renew the exterior of the building. A color change was also part of the project.<\/p>\n<h2>Challenges<\/h2>\n<p>Soggy ground and a large building required a lift with wooden reinforcement to protect the ground while reaching the farthest corners. The building remained open throughout the process meaning painting took place while employees and visitors were coming into the building. All common areas were painted with a new look.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Scheduling<\/strong> &#8211; We worked around their operating hours to paint the interior portion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong> &#8211; There was a large soggy portion of grass that we had to reinforce before being able to move the lift into place for use on the exterior portion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PROJECT INVOLVEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Preparation<\/strong> &#8211; We filled cracks, gaps, and holes in the ceilings, walls, and beams. We repaired nail holes and scuff sanded walls as needed.<\/li>\n<li><b>Exterior<\/b>&#8211; We painted the entire exterior including the body and trim, and stained the beams and pergola.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interior<\/strong> &#8211; We painted all the walls and wood work in the common areas which included a large conference room, circular meeting room, and upstairs loft space. We painted the only the walls in the offices and hallways.
