We had to demonstrate our ability to practice the company\u2019s values, consistently deliver an extraordinary customer experience and demonstrate growth in our residential and commercial painting business to be considered for this coveted award.<\/p>\n
Like many of us, 2020 was not short of challenges \u2014 personally and professionally \u2014 for owner Paul Limburg. Despite the setbacks, CertaPro Painters\u00ae of Salt Lake City grew an impressive 20.7%. But it\u2019s not just the painting business Paul is invested in; it\u2019s the people. He has put a lot of time and resources into being available, in-person and virtually, to our staff and other franchisees.<\/p>\n
\u201cI love giving back to the franchise, so I make sure my staff and I are always available to other franchisees to share our resources and learnings,\u201d says Paul. \u201cI am so proud of my team for their hard work. They are all so deserving of this award.\u201d<\/p>\n
As Paul celebrates this significant achievement, he is also celebrating 20 years with the franchise. He continually invests in his painters and provides them with ongoing training, sending them to conferences and summits. Additionally, our entire team has continuously adapted and actively participated in any new initiatives and endeavors employed by CertaPro.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to each customer and also leading a great team of staff and painters,\u201d says Paul. \u201cThat\u2019s why I invest so heavily in my crew and consistently train them how to run their projects and uphold the core values of the company.\u201d<\/p>\n
