This historic multi-family home, built in 1903 and located in Salt Lake City’s Avenues neighborhood, received a full exterior color refresh. The entire wood siding was repainted using an airless spray application, carefully color-matched to the existing shade to maintain its original character. The project also included comprehensive prep and repair, along with work on the soffit, fascia, window and door frames, porch ceiling, and posts; creating a clean, cohesive finish that honors the home’s historic charm.
