For this client, we needed to wash their home, ensure proper caulking and secure loose cedar shingles. We then properly painted all trim, changing the color slightly, so we utilized two full coats. On the cedar shingles, we used a spray-and-brush technique to ensure saturation and even application of the semi-transparent stain on all the shingles.
