A luxury Apartment Complex Gets a Complete Repainting in Lake Orion

When the property owners at the Heron Springs Apartment complex needed to repaint their buildings after quite a while they reached out to CertaPro Painters of Rochester Hills for help.

Located on the edge of Oakland Township, Rochester Hills, and Auburn Hills, in the epicenter of Oakland County, Michigan this complex was one of a pair of two and required more than just painting. The project required a great deal of scraping, caulking, and additional carpentry work right down to banging in popped nails in the siding.

The scale of the project was pretty large, with 19 Buildings and over 162 living units to paint serious scheduling was required. A 60-foot boom lift was even used to reach some of the more difficult to access portions of the buildings. The project also required that the buildings be painted in their existing color. A color match was made and Sherwin Williams Duration paint was chosen for the job due to its long lifespan.

The work required informing the tenants when work would be conducted on their building and the sprinkler systems were shut off around each building as they were painted.
