Strip Mall Painters in Richardson, TX
CertaPro Painters® of Richardson, TX received a request to renovate two anchor stores in a large Richardson strip mall. 1/2 of 1/2 and Dollar General received an exterior renewal of their, front, side, and rear facades.
The badly faded and dirty exterior required a professional touch from the CertaPro team. The commercial property management firm, TY Commercial Group, had its sights set on a lively and vibrant appearance to the strip mall, attracting new customers and bolstering its aesthetic. In turn, this would also enhance the value of their space.
Project Involvement
CertaPro’s professionals had multiple hurdles during the completion of this assignment. When projects of this size present themselves, coordination with mall management and communication within the team is very important to fulfill their requirements efficiently and ably.
CertaPro Painters® also had to be sensitive of store hours, as to not interfere with customers coming and going. The high spaces required the use of high ladders to ease the difficulty on hard to reach sections of the building.

The walkway ceiling looked old and yellowed, needing a revamp to freshen up its appearance in high traffic areas.
THE FINAL RESULT
When the project was complete, CertaPro’s professionals gathered image of the strip mall. Multiple sections had been restored to a new and eye-catching look.
