| United Christian Church of Renton requested us to perform restoration, repair and full repaint of the main church, office building, storage shed and the Montessori school. The buildings required EPA Lead Testing which we made arrangements for. There was significant weathering and restoration work needed on two of the buildings which included removal of old paint, primer application, full recaulking, siding repair and full repaint. |
