This project took place at a 90,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing facility requiring extensive preparation and repairs. The interior concrete walls and garage doors were heavily covered in grease and debris, necessitating thorough degreasing, washing, and vacuuming. Damaged drywall sections were removed, replaced, mudded, seamed, and sanded before priming and painting. While ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations, we coordinated with onsite supervisors and worked around large industrial and electrical equipment in tight spaces. Using scissor lifts, boom lifts, ladders, and scaffolding, we safely accessed 30-foot-high walls. The project was completed with industrial-grade primers and multi-purpose acrylic paints, delivering a durable, cleanable, and professional finish.
