My name is Cynthia Nolan and I joined the CertaPro Painting of Portland family in December of 2020. I am the Commercial Sales Associate for Portland, Oregon, and SW Washington. My focus is on customers who would like their interior and exterior buildings painted by professional painters who have a passion for delivering an exceptional painting experience to our clients. I also specialize in Healthcare working with hospitals and nursing facilities for their painting needs.

I joined CertaPro of Portland because of their exceptional reputation of having customers who are raving fans. It was very important to me joining an organization that puts emphasis on delivering what they promise. My background is in Customer Service, managing call center customer satisfaction for both ATT and Verizon Wireless. I also have a thirty-plus-year background in Sales and Marketing and International Training and Development. In addition before joining CertaPro, I had my own travel business. All prior jobs with a focus on taking care of the customer.

A little about me. I was born in Boston and migrated to the west coast as a child. My father was in the Navy and was transferred to Seattle to the naval air station there called Sand Point back in the day. I lived all of my life in the Seattle area and went to college there as well. I have two children Kim and Kevin who live in the Seattle area. Kim is a speech/language pathologist with a school district, Kevin is a Kroeger Grocery Store Manager. I have four grandkids as well. I have two siblings also in Seattle. My sister Cheryl is a homemaker and my brother is a retired Captain with the Seattle Police Department.

I moved to Portland in the summer of 2020 as my significant other Rodney lives here. I also own a home in Arizona where I lived when I worked for T-Mobile a number of years ago. Love to go there for a short visit when the PNW winters are cold!

I love gardening, travel and my three cats Zelda, Zoe, and Ozzy. I am a huge animal lover and this is the first year I have been without a dog. I have always had large or giant breed dogs. My favorite breed has been a Golden Retriever…would love another one someday.
