A Power scrubber will be used along with water on the floor to clean and scrub all the floor, making sure to get into corners. After scrubbing an acid mixture is applied to the floor and thoroughly scrubbed in. After this process is done usually a day is taken to allow the floor to fully dry and for the acids to do their work.<\/p>\n<h3>Epoxy Application &#8211; Room Perimeter<\/h3>\n<p>Once the floor is fully dry the 2-part epoxy solution ix mixed with a drill and stirring bit to incorporate the chemicals into a proper mixture. The first step is usually to carefully apply the epoxy to the entire perimeter of the room. This is often done by hand.<\/p>\n<h3>Epoxy Application &#8211; Roll on<\/h3>\n<p>After the perimeter is fully established we will work our way around the room with rollers and apply an even coat of the 2 part epoxy mixture to the floors of your work space. This is carefully done to be even to prevent the appearance of any seams or layers in the floor.<\/p>\n<h3>Epoxy Application &#8211; More Coats!<\/h3>\n<p>A second coat is then applied over the first, without any coatings, an epoxy floor will be very slippery when wet.
