Background:
Pilot Project Brewing enlisted CertaPro Painters to repair and enhance the bottling floor of their facility. Frequent exposure to water runoff had eroded the concrete, this resulted in the need for durable urethane cement coatings to protect the floor and ensure long-term functionality. In addition to coating the floor, our team repaired embedded concrete drains to address damage and optimize performance.
Unique Challenges:
- Conveyor Belts: The bottling floor’s conveyor belts, essential to production, were hoisted into the air during repairs. This required precision and careful coordination to work around the equipment without causing disruptions.
- Production Schedule: To eliminate production losses, our crews worked exclusively during downtimes, adhering to a tight schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
Results:
